Friday morning and the rain has finally stopped

The rest of the crew have arrived,
now it‘s time to get to work

Our morning safety meeting
keeps everyone on the same page

First rock of the day,
and Mike is already at the bar… rock-bar that is

That‘s Tabatha, working hard at the grip-hoist

It‘s time to start moving big rocks

Slowly working this big crib-wall rock uphill

A little pushing and pulling
puts the big rock right where we want it to go

Tom and Dan excavate for the Dragon‘s back water-bar

Our next step is pulled out of the stock pile

And another rock is taken for a ride

A lot of large rocks had to be removed
when digging the Dragon‘s back water-bar

Another large crib-wall rock
is removed from the stock pile

And up the hill it goes

Sliding into place on top of the crib-wall

Dan has a private table at lunch time

Right after lunch it‘s back to moving big rocks

This step goes for a quick ride

Now another big rock is in the air

Adding more rocks to the crib-wall

It was a very hot Friday,
our end of day crew meeting had to be in the shade

It‘s Saturday morning and polecat Dr. Dave
explains polecat basics to future polecat Jack

And away it goes,
on the way to the Dragon‘s back water bar

Tom and Dan are there and will put it to good use

It‘s a really hot day and Erik needs a rest

Bob pulls on the sling, Peter holds the block
and Terri connects the shackle

Once again, it‘s Tension hoist!
for the last time today

The new rebuilt Long Path trail,
is finished up to the corner

And a little beyond

This is where we are heading
